Joan Personal Assistant (“Joan”) is a private personal assistant application reserved for the personal use of its owner. Joan is not offered as a public service or commercial product.

Private personal use

Joan is intended only for the personal use of its owner. It should not be used as a public service, shared SaaS product, or commercial service for third parties.

Google account access

Access to Google accounts is granted voluntarily by the account owner or by a user with the necessary permission to authorize access. Only accounts for which the user has the required authorization may be connected to Joan.

The user can revoke Joan’s access to Google accounts at any time from the Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Authorized actions

Joan may help read, summarize, organize, and manage email, and may prepare drafts or perform Gmail actions within the permissions granted and explicitly authorized by the owner.

No commercial service

Joan is not marketed, sold, or provided as a commercial service. It is a private tool operated for personal assistance and productivity.

Provided as is

Joan is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated when Joan’s configuration, usage, or required disclosures change.
